LESSON TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN

 

L e s s o n  277

Let me not bind Your Sn with laws I made.

Human beliefs devolved from the ego, laid upon God’s Son as such heavy chains, ‘laws’ unknown to God binding Him to death. How cruel the ego.

¹ Your Son is free, my Father. The Holy Spirit His way to freedom. Let me not imagine I have bound him with the laws I made to rule the body. They are specious ‘laws’ He need not obey. He is not subject to any laws I made by which I try to make the body more secure. Insisting with them that it must be real because they rule Him. He is not changed by what is changeable. He is not slave to any laws of time. For only in His dreams is He enslaved to these so-called ‘laws’. He is as You created him because he knows no laws except the Law of Love. Thus can He awaken to His freedom, which remains unchanged by dreaming eons that have not touched the Son’s Reality. In Truth S/He is free.

² Let us not worship idols, – seeming solid bodies, which also are quite unknown to God – nor believe in any laws idolatry would make – oh so vehemently insisting that We are not Spirit, these ‘laws’ are but lies – to hide the freedom of the Son of God. He is not bound except by his beliefs. Yet what he is is far beyond his faith in slavery or freedom. Right now can His beliefs be discarded! He is free because he is his Father’s Son. And he can not be bound unless God’s Truth can lie and God can will that He deceive Himself. You can free Yourself at any instant. Simply change Your mind.
