Truth will correct all errors in my mind.

Truth is just irresistible. Who could ever withstand It, for It is but another name for God and Reality! Sticking with the Truth is like hanging with a friend who always sees the best in You.

¹ What can correct illusions but the truth?  

Therefore, We must go to God for absolutely everything, if We would be safe. God is the One Reality; It is forever. The ego dreams that it can create illusions. Yet they are not real, so why believe them? It must be because You prefer to dream. This is an error!

And what are errors but illusions that remain unrecognized for what they are? Where truth has entered, errors disappear.

This infuriates the ego, which insists that dreams are real, and God, illusion. It is the liar. As I said in Bible times, right “from the beginning”.₁ Its myriad ‘creations’ seem quite convincing, and Truth does just dismiss them easily when You stick with it.

They merely vanish, leaving not a trace by which to be remembered. They are gone because without belief they have no life, and so they disappear to nothingness, returning whence they came. From dust to dust they come and go, for only truth remains.

The ego cannot stand the Truth of God; His omnipresence just dismisses it. It is not a complicated process.

² Can you imagine what a state of mind without illusions is? How it would feel? Try to remember when there was a time—perhaps a minute, maybe even less—when nothing came to interrupt your peace; when you were certain you were loved and safe.

For You are, You know. In that instant You could see forever. That one instant is God’s Reality. Ask for the experience forever!

Then try to picture what it would be like to have that moment be extended to the end of time and to eternity. 

Imagine Be-ing happiness like that. It is Yours for the willingness I ask.

³ Then let the sense of quiet that you felt be multiplied a hundred times and then be multiplied another hundred more. And now you have a hint, not more than just the faintest intimation of the state your mind will rest in when the truth has come.

The ego bitterly resists Your doing this, for You will withdraw Your mind from it without a moment’s hesitation!

⁴ Without illusions there could be no fear, no doubt, and no attack.

For Reality is happy, perfect.

When truth has come, all pain is over, for there is no room for transitory thoughts and dead ideas to linger in your mind.

For God’s Reality is seen again, and It is happy!

Truth occupies your mind completely, liberating you from all beliefs in the ephemeral. They have no place because the truth has come, and they are nowhere. They cannot be found, for truth is everywhere forever now.

It always has been there; You just refused to see It, for You far preferred to dream.

Now, as the dream gets worse, Truth has become somewhat appealing.

⁵ When truth has come, it does not stay a while to disappear or change to something else. It does not shift and alter in its form, nor come and go and go and come again.

That is error’s way. Truth is consistent.

It stays exactly as it always was, to be depended on in every need and trusted with a perfect trust in all the seeming difficulties and the doubts that the appearances the world presents engender.

Truth is the only remedy for every need of healing.

They will merely flow away when truth corrects the errors in your mind.

All errors disappear when faced by Truth.  Truth is Light, and Light dispels the darkness.

⁶ When truth has come, it harbours in its wings the gift of perfect constancy and love which does not falter in the face of pain but looks beyond it, steadily and sure.

What It sees is but Your Reality as the Son of God.

Here is the gift of healing, for the truth needs no defense, and therefore no attack is possible.

Truth is the Healer.

Illusions can be brought to truth to be corrected. But the truth stands far beyond illusions and cannot be brought to them to turn them into truth.

So what is Truth, and what is illusion? It’s very simple. Truth is Spirit, God. All things material – including body – are illusions.

⁷ Truth does not come and go nor shift nor change, in this appearance now and then in that, evading capture and escaping grasp.

It is consistent and reliable. It never fails You, for It is an experience of God.

It does not hide. It stands in open light, in obvious accessibility. It is impossible that anyone could seek it truly and would not succeed.

Always available, its perfect healing.

⁸ Today belongs to truth.

And every day throughout Eternity, whether You sleep or whether You’re Awake: Truth ever-present and reliable.

Give truth its due, and it will give you yours. You were not meant to suffer and to die. Your Father wills these dreams be gone.

Don’t hang on to them, for they are useless.

Let truth correct them all. We do not ask for what we do not have. We merely ask for what belongs to us, that we may recognize it as our own.

And so We ask to see Reality.

⁹ Today we practice on the happy note of certainty that has been born of truth.

We choose to trust wholeheartedly in God. We toss away our crutches, whatever form they have taken. We don’t need them now.

The shaky and unsteady footsteps of illusion is not our approach today.

We walk securely, knowing where We go.

We are as certain of success as we are sure we live and hope and breathe and think. We do not doubt we walk with truth today and count on it to enter into all the exercises that we do this day.

For We have made room for Truth in Our minds, and have given to them inspiration.

¹⁰ Begin by asking Him Who goes with you upon this undertaking that He be in your awareness as you go with Him.

Just as He does, You now can walk as Christ.

You are not made of flesh and blood and bone but were created by the self-same Thought which gave the gift of life to Him as well.

Just like Mine, Your Reality is Christ. This Truth is so for every One of Us. What more could You, the Son of God, ask for!

He is your Brother and so like to you your Father knows that you are both the same. It is your Self you ask to go with you, and how could He be absent where you are?

My Self is the Reality of Me.

¹¹ Truth will correct all errors in your mind which tell you you could be apart from Him.

There is no separation from Yourself. What seems to be is not Reality but only seeming. And seeming is not just rhyme but is synonym to dreaming.

You speak to Him today and make your pledge to let His function be fulfilled through you.

Christ function is to Be You: the Holy Son of God You are.

To share His function is to share His joy;

His joy to Be You.

His confidence is with you, as you say:

¹² Truth will correct all errors in my mind,
And I will rest in Him Who is my Self.

In Truth We All are Part of sacred One: Our belovèd God.

¹³ Then let Him lead you gently to the truth which will envelop you and give you peace so deep and tranquil that you will return to the familiar world reluctantly.

And peace goes with You. Every One who comes never wants to leave; yet for joy to be complete, it must include All Your Others.

The world has need of You, Your new knowing.

¹⁴ And yet you will be glad to look again upon this world. For you will bring with you the promise of the changes which the truth that goes with you will carry to the world.

To bring God’s good promises is the best Gift You could ever give, for they stand ready to be Your holy Reality.

They will increase with every gift you give of five small minutes, and the errors that surround the world will be corrected as you let them be corrected in your mind.

No matter how separated the world seems to You to be, Your corrections can be Reality.

¹⁵ Do not forget your function for today.

For You are like the Sower of good seed. Broadcast it widely!

Each time you tell yourself with confidence, “Truth will correct all errors in my mind,” you speak for all the world and Him Who would release the world as He would set you free.

⁴⁵ And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.

⁴⁶ Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?
