LESSON THREE HUNDRED NINETEEN

The Guidance is in normal type In His Guidance, He has asked Me to capitalize the pronouns You and We as an acknowledgement of the Divinity of All of Us, an acknowledgement of Equality, an expression of His Love and respect for You. When You see the word ‘YOU’ capitalized in the Guidance, know that He is not just speaking to YOU, He is honoring YOU.

 

Workbook PART II

L e s s o n  319

I came for the salvation of the world.

This is true of All of You who still are dreaming.  Some part of You does remember Home and longs for it.

¹ Here is a thought from which all arrogance has been removed, and only truth is left. Would You not gladly leave hell for Heaven? For arrogance opposes truth. Ego says absolutely not!  Hell is much more exciting! “Arrogance” was coined to define ego! Consistently it leads to misery. But where there is no arrogance, the truth will come immediately and fill up the space the ego left unoccupied by lies. You alone can make that healing, holy space for Yourself. It can’t be done for You.  Your possibilities for good are truly unlimited. Only the ego can be limited, and therefore it must seek for aims which are curtailed and limiting. A narrow stringest sense of life that always ends in death is the mock ‘creation’ of the vicious ego. The ego thinks that what one gains totality must lose. And yet it is the Will of God I learn that what one gains is given unto all. This learning comes with understanding that We All make up the One belovèd Son.

² Father, Your Will is total. There is no other.  In the radiance of Your Loving Light, the shadow ego just shrinks to nothing! Yet is Your Will benign to Your belovèd One, Your dear Son. And the goal that stems from it shares its totality. What aim but the salvation of the world could You have given me?  For it is sorely needed.  The Son must be unbound from controlling ego, and thus given freedom. And what but this could be the Will my Self has shared with You?  I want freedom too!
