Epilogue,

which is Your prologue to Life Eternal.

¹This course is a beginning, not an end. Each day has this whole Course of Lessons brought You to a place where You may easily choose Real Life again, in place of the dream.

The Lessons are complete, each one in itself, and in toto.  There’s only one question now: Are You yet willing to be Whole again, and not the fragmented ego?

For all Creation does stand on glad tiptoe to see Each Son of God coming into Your own again!₁ [And has been standing long and patiently!]  We’re All gladly waiting for Your party!  Allow Yourself to feel Our Love for You.

It is amazing to be Loved like this.  Will You let It in to Your consciousness?  It, too, stands waiting.  Heaven longs for You; You’re that important, and that belovèd.

Your Friend goes with you.  I am not just Your Friend, for We’re partners. You are not alone. You never have been.  The seeming separation is all in Your small sense of Mind, not Reality.  Who and What You are – the Son of God – stands still in Its Perfection, awaiting Your Awakening from the awful nightmare.  Love waits to bless You!

No one who calls on Him can call in vain.  That’s what I call reliability!  And it’s not just “What a Friend We have in Jesus” It’s God and Holy Spirit too. Whatever troubles you, be certain that He has the answer and will gladly give it to you if you simply turn to Him and ask it of Him. So very simple. He will not withhold all answers that you need for anything that seems to trouble you. From You He withholds no good things. He knows the way to solve all problems and resolve all doubts. His certainty is yours. You need but ask it of Him, and it will be given you.  His surety navigates You safely through this troubled dream.

² You are as certain of arriving home as is the pathway of the sun laid down before it rises, after it has set, and in the half-lit hours in between. In harmony with all Things Real are You.

Indeed, your pathway is more certain still, for it can not be possible to change the course of those whom God has called to Him. And He has called for Us All, Every One is precious to Him.

Therefore, obey your will – which is the little willingness I ask – and follow Him Whom you accepted as your Voice, to speak of what you really want and really need. His is the Voice for God, and also yours. And thus He speaks of freedom and of truth.  Your natural inheritance from God; Your belovèd Source.

³ No more specific lessons are assigned, for there is no more need of them. Henceforth, hear but the Voice for God and for your Self when you retire from the world, to seek Reality instead. He will direct your efforts, telling you exactly what to do, how to direct your mind, and when to come to Him in silence, asking for His sure direction and His certain Word. His is the Word that God has given you. His is the Word you chose to be your own.  For of Your own Self You can do nothing.

⁴ And now I place you in His hands, to be His faithful followers, with Him as Guide through every difficulty and all pain that you may think is real.  For Truth is His eternal Gift to You, dearly Belovèd.  How very loved and very loving is all Reality. Nor will He give you pleasures that will pass away, for He gives only the eternal and the good. Each of God’s Ideas is forever.

Let Him prepare you further. He has earned your trust by speaking daily to you of your Father and your brother and your Self. From His happy labor returns Your Love for All Creation. He will continue; now you walk with Him as certain as is He of where you go; as sure as He of how you should proceed, as confident as He is of the goal and of your safe arrival in the end.  For always does He abide in Our Father-Mother’s Home where All of Us belong.

⁵ The end – which is eternal – is certain and the means as well – to make each and all needful corrections.  To this we say “Amen.” We will be told exactly what God wills for us each time there is a choice to make – in all decisions, whether big or small. And He will speak for God and for your Self, thus making sure that hell will claim you not and that each choice you make brings Heaven nearer to your reach. Always has it been right at hand for You.  And so we walk with Him from this time on and turn to Him for guidance and for peace and right direction.  No longer are We wandering alone, unGuided, aimless, lost children in a dark and scary wood. Joy attends our way. For we go homeward to an open door which God has held unclosed to welcome Us – and make Our way back so very easy.

⁶ We trust our ways to Him and say “Amen.”  Our full confidence in Him is so very reassuring. We know all is well.

In peace we will continue in His way and trust all things to Him.  Trust brings perfect Peace when it’s placed in God. In confidence we wait His answers, as we ask His will in everything we do. With His good Guidance life is so simple. He loves God’s Son as we would love him, and He teaches us how to behold him through His eyes and love him as He does.  You’re no longer separate from Your Brothers, each One for Himself.  The theme of ‘Me’ has but changed to ‘We’.  And that is what makes all the difference. You do not walk alone. God’s angels hover close and all about. His Love surrounds you, and of this be sure: that I will never leave you comfortless.  The Holy Spirit – Reality – is but Our Comforter.  We rest secure in Its embrace of Love.
