LESSON ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN

¹ For morning and evening review:

[107] Truth will correct all errors in my mind.

As soon as I do will to cleave to Truth, and not to depart.  The fog which has darkened my mind since the separation will then gladly depart.

² I am mistaken when I think I can
Be hurt in any way.

– For – pray tell – what can possibly do damage to Spirit, another Name for God? –

I am God’s Son,
Whose Self rests safely in the Mind of God.

Let Me elucidate a little further: I am God’s son whose Self rests safely as the Mind of God, Itself expressing.

[108] To give and to receive are one in truth.

This is so simple: give Love and You must of necessity then surely have It! For who can give what They don’t have?

The desire to give then necessarily first gives the gift to You! Then can You freely give it. One then lives to give.

Not so the ego. The entire human dream looks first to get.  Then will it give.  And satiated it gives but to propitiate the ‘gods’ for its good fortune and to be known for generosity. … Ergo, the ego. Yes, that is for Bill.₁

³ I will forgive all things today, – I need help with this; forgiveness doesn’t come that easily – that I
May learn how to accept the truth in me,

– that’s even harder! –

And come to recognize my sinlessness.

Seems almost harder than forgiveness does!

⁴ On the hour:

⁵ Truth will correct all errors in my mind.

Oh, yes.  I forgot.  I’m not doing this all by My lonesome.  I have got all three of the blessèd Trinity helping Me: God and Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

⁶ On the half hour:

⁷ To give and to receive are one in truth.

It’s a circle that has no beginning, nor does it ever end. To have, I must first learn to receive to have something to give.

I cannot get without being given, and I cannot give without getting. No necessity to figure all this out. The Holy Spirit will care for all the details; S/He needs but You Be-ing willing!
