LESSON THREE HUNDRED THIRTEEN

L e s s o n  313

Now let a new perception come to me.

For so long now the ego’s mis-perceptions have stopped Me from really seeing.  I seemed to revel in endless idle dreams.  now would I gladly awaken from them!  Yet I really know not how to do it.

¹ Father, there is a vision which beholds all things as sinless, so that fear has gone and where it was is love invited in.  This must be how belovèd Elder Brother sees, and with Your help, I will to follow His example. And love will come wherever it is asked.  What I hear You saying here is that Love will run to meet Me! This vision is Your gift.  Given Me for free.  I need to really, truly want to see, with all My heart and soul and mind, and that Gift is given Me. The eyes of Christ look on a world forgiven.  For it all goes on in here, not ‘out there’. (That’s kind of scary!) I’m responsible for all that I see?  Now God’s Vision is a different story: In His sight are all its sins forgiven, for He sees no sin in anything He looks upon. For He is not blind to sin; it just does not exist to Him.  Well, how could He see unreality. How wonderful to have His pure Vision. Now let His true perception come to me that I may waken from the dream of guilt – is is possible? – and look within upon my sinlessness which You have kept completely undefiled upon the altar to Your holy Son, the Self with which I would identify.  This lovely Self that’s I is purity.

No mutt am I, some matter with a Spirit hiding out inside, but with a most holy pedigree as the Son of God!

² Let us today behold each other in the sight of Christ. How beautiful we are! Seen through His clarity all shadows gone, disappeared by Love. How holy and how loving!  We’re so exquisite! Brother, come and join with me today.  I cannot see perfectly without You. We save the world when we are joined.  Once again, the Sonship comes together. For in our vision it becomes as holy as the light in us.  And earth, so-called, transforms into Heaven.

What is the Last Judgment?

The same as the first: “This is My belovèd Son in whom I am well pleased.”  And My Son is Every One.

¹ Second Coming gives the Son of God the gift to hear the Voice for God proclaim that what is false is false and what is true has never changed.  Therefore, it is very clear that S/He must be still the same as S/He is forever.  Be-ing has been completely unaffected by any dream. And this the judgment is in which perception ends.  For once You finally understand that, the game is over.  It is only fun if You think it’s real.  Here’s how it happens. At first you see a world which has accepted this as true, projected from a now corrected mind.  It seems like everything is born anew. And with this holy sight, perception gives a silent blessing and then disappears, its goal accomplished and its mission done.  Where once You were blind to Reality, now are You, once again, beginning to see.

² The final judgment on the world contains no condemnation. Be-ing but Love, God Knows no such thing as idle dreams. For it sees the world as totally forgiven, without sin and wholly purposeless. A thing that never could have really been and thus never was. Without a cause and now without a function in Christ’s sight, it merely slips away to nothingness. There it was born, and there it ends as well. And all the figures in the dream in which the world began go with it. Bodies now are useless and will therefore fade away because the Son of God is limitless.  Yes, indeed, bodies are signs of limits.  Limits came with separation and as Unity They will quickly disappear, giving place to Divine Identity.  Unique Divinity becomes Your name.

³ You who believed that God’s Last Judgment would condemn the world to hell along with you, – so said all those religions based on fear –  accept this holy truth: God’s Judgment is the gift of the correction He bestowed on all your errors, freeing you from them and all effects they ever seemed to have.  As I said in another venue: Sin is forgiven when it is forsaken. To fear God’s saving grace is but to fear complete release from suffering, return to peace, security and happiness, and union with your own identity.

You may eschew all fear and guilt, let go all Your ruminations on them.  None of it is real but God.   God is only Love, right here and right now; not a giant judge up there in the sky.

⁴ God’s Final Judgment is as merciful – remember that mercy is synonym to loving-kindness – as every step in His appointed plan to bless His Son and call him to return to the eternal peace He shares with him. This is the point of A Course In Miracles.  Why the emphasis on forgiveness but so You will know that God has more than forgiven You, for He knows Your so-called ‘sins’ never happened.  Would that We All could see Truth so clearly.  Forgiveness is simply the bridge to Your understanding this.  Be not afraid of love. For it alone can heal all sorrow, wipe away all tears, and gently waken from his dream of pain the Son whom God acknowledges as His.  You, belovèd One. Be not afraid of this.  Instead, embrace it.  Salvation asks you give it welcome.  What is salvation but Your joyous realization of Your true Reality. And the world awaits your glad acceptance, which will set it free.  For one Consciousness Awake can rouse billions.  Do You see the potential for blessing Your Brothers from simply healing Your own mind? Minds are joined.

⁵ This is God’s Final Judgment: “You are still My holy Son, forever innocent, forever loving and forever loved, as limitless as your Creator and completely changeless and forever pure. You’ve just been sleeping and are lost in dreams. Therefore awaken and return to Me. I am your Father and you are My Son.”

You are the so dearly begotten One.
