LESSON THREE HUNDRED FOUR

L e s s o n  304

Let not my world obscure the sight of Christ.

In other words, let Me not be mesmerized by My fascination with the dream.  Dreams are hypnotic, which is why I don’t realize what’s really going on here.  Mass hypnosis by the covert ego.  It is this from which We must shake Ourselves awake from ego-shared compelling dreams.

¹ I can obscure my holy sight if I intrude my world upon it.  It’s not hard to do this; I have been doing it for so very many eons! Nor can I behold the holy sights Christ looks upon unless it is His vision that I use.  Hear what I want to hear.  Say what I feel like, and believe what I am seeing makes a ‘perfect’ ego.

Perception is a mirror, not a fact.  I see what I have projected out there. And what I look on is my state of mind reflected outward.  I see what I believe is there! I would bless the world by looking on it through the eyes of Christ. Help Me Brother to see instead with Your Vision:  Brother what’s that there, and what’s that over there?*  And You will tell Me the Truth of what I have so long misperceived.  I will realize My Reality. And I will look upon the certain signs that all my sins have been forgiven me.  For the Son of God is not – can have never been – a sinner.

² You lead me from the darkness to the light, from sin to holiness.  My change of mind seems miraculous to Me!  My former self, a total stranger. Let me forgive and thus receive salvation for the world. It can be a domino effect, and We’re all free. And hell is finally over. It is Your gift, my Father, given me to offer to Your holy Son that he may find again the memory of You and of Your Son as You created him.  I will do My part and Love My Brothers with the Love I had withheld just for Me.  And now I understand: Love Your Neighbour.  Love Him as Yourself.

What is the Second Coming?

 

This question is of great import for its answer is very simple, and dependent on Your choices.  The timing is completely up to You.  You are the chooser.

¹ Christ’s Second Coming, which is sure as God, is merely the correction of mistakes and the return of sanity.  Its occurrence, thus, is purely mental. And anyone can always change their mind, when They are willing. The willingness to change is but the key, for every One has the ability. It is a part of the condition which restores the never lost and re-establishes what is forever and forever true. Your Reality as the Son of God, which is simply the natural Will of God. It is the invitation to God’s Word to take illusion’s place, the willingness to let forgiveness rest upon all things without exception and without reserve.  The willingness to see each Brother’s Holiness as just as real as Mine, for every One is the holy begotten Son.

So what comes again, the second time, is Your natural Knowing of Reality.

² It is the all-inclusive nature of Christ’s Second Coming that permits it to embrace the world and hold you safe within its gentle advent, which encompasses all living things with you.  “All-inclusive”, that’s the key to waking!  Every One must, therefore, be included. There is no end to the release the Second Coming brings, as God’s creation must be limitless. Pure holy freedom is real happiness. Forgiveness lights the Second Coming’s way because it shines on everyone as one.  In other words, there are no ‘special’ ones.  As God loves Us All equally, so too are We to Love each One of Our Others.

³ The Second Coming ends the lessons which the Holy Spirit teaches, – now You’ve understood, and You are willing – making way for the Last Judgment, – the last time that You would judge a Brother – in which learning ends in one last summary that will extend beyond itself and reaches up to God.  Now has Love been learned.  This Course’s goal finally accomplished. The Second Coming is the time in which all minds are given to the hands of Christ, to be returned to Spirit in the name of true creation and the Will of God.  Our minds are now devoted to the Love of God expressed and We do – with Love – cherish All Our Brothers.

⁴ The Second Coming is the one event in time which time itself cannot affect. For everyone who ever came to die or yet will come or who is present now is equally released from what he made.  And now do You understand real Freedom, for You have been released from awful dreams. In this equality is Christ restored as one identity, in which all Sons of God acknowledge that they all are one.  One Infinite Identity, expressed as Infinity.  What happiness is now found in Heaven.  And God the Father smiles upon His Son, His one creation and His only joy.  God’s Joy is You and Me and every One!

⁵ Pray that this Second Coming will be soon, but do not rest with that. It needs your eyes and ears and hands and feet. It needs your voice.  It’s Living Prayer!  It is Living through Giving Love to All. And most of all it needs your willingness. Start with giving just a little Love – whatever You can crank up –and then a lot! Let us rejoice that we can do God’s Will – and that His Will is but peace and joy and happiness, for All and forever! wow! – and join together in its holy light. Behold, the Son of God is one in us, and we can reach our Father’s Love through him.  The Son of God, Our Real Self, so belovèd of the Father.
