L e s s o n  147

My mind holds only what I think with God.

Therefore, My real thoughts can be but lovely.  The many thoughts I have that aren’t must, therefore, be specious.  Not really thoughts at all; they’re not from God.

 

 

[133] I will not value what is valueless.  Although I’ve been doing so for eons.  And that is not an exaggeration!

Father, what then has true value?  As the Psalmist sweetly sings of God’s Laws of Love, they are much “sweeter far than honey, and better far than gold.”₁

Love is the currency of Life Itself, and is not earned when You hold a grievance against an Other.  Forgive, and it is freely given You.  And Who does give It?  You give It Yourself, for everything You give Your Brother then is Yours!

Love comes from Your willingness to give It.  It must be Yours since You are giving It. You do already have Love once You will to give it away!

From whence Love comes but Your own willingness to Gift Your Brothers, They are in no way separate from You. We’re all connected.

 

Indeed!  I am repetitive, for this is the one Lesson!

[134] Let me perceive forgiveness as it is.  It must be Love, for what else could it be that overlooks the ‘sins’ of Others because It sees a higher view.  The Love of God sees but perfection, and Its View corrects all such seeming errors with the Truth.

A sweet glimpse of Reality, tastes of Its kind gentleness, blesses Every One, bringing Us All one more step nearer to the Living Heaven, ever-present Now.
