My mind holds only what I think with God. 

I won’t experience this unless I still the ego chatter, which seems to run on automatic!

How do I do this when it seems to be all that I can hear!

There’s one solution: attend to Guidance, ask always for help.

[125] In quiet I receive God’s Word today.

One cannot hear the word of God behind the ego babbles.  To accomplish any goal, You must want to have it.  When You want companionship in all decisions, You will remember to join, to allow Your connection with the Holy Spirit.

Yes, allow the connection, for You need not make it; You have it already.  You’re just blocking it with willfulness.  Yield self-will in favor of the Holy Spirit.

Let the Holy Spirit make all Your decisions.  That’s the key to wholeness, harmony and happiness!  It is what the Psalmist called “the secret place of the most high.  You can enter in at any time You ask for help Divine.

[126] All that I give is given to myself.

Ask the Holy Spirit how to bless Your Brother and then do it, and, wondrously, You will find Your own cup running over.₁

¹ Brother’s reference to the 23^rd Psalm, the wonderful line: “My cup runneth over. … Surely goodness and mercy (lovingkindness) shall run after Me all the days of My (Eternal) Life, and I shall dwell as the Consciousness of Love forever.”

Note: “shall run after Me” is an alternate translation of “follow Me”.  And Your Consciousness is literally Your “house” or dwelling place.
