Forgiveness offers everything I want.

“Forgiveness”: the state of being here for giving.  For giving what? It could only be Love to all Your Others.

A heart quite full of charity for every Brother, giving grace to Other’s mistakes.  Not looking to make any Sisters wrong.  Does it seem like a tall order to You?  It’s pretty hard not to feel that way, at least for ego.  However, You are not really an ego but the Holy Son of God, Yourself.

¹ What could you want forgiveness cannot give? How ‘bout to be ‘right’? That’s good for starters! Do you want peace? Forgiveness offers it. Do you want happiness, a quiet mind, a certainty of purpose, and a sense of worth and beauty that transcends the world?  Stability born of the Peace of God.  Love’s calm certainty of God here and now.  Sure stability. Do you want care and safety and the warmth of sure protection always? To be loved by God is like no other Love; Do you want a quietness that cannot be disturbed, a gentleness that never can be hurt, a deep, abiding comfort, and a rest so perfect it can never be upset?  An experience where Every One and everything is kind; You are valuable to All and All are valuable to You; each of Us worthy of greatest respect.

² All this forgiveness offers you, and more, as Your mind comes back to Love Your Others.   It sparkles in your eyes as you awake and gives you joy with which to meet the day.  It removes the burden of resentment. It soothes your forehead while you sleep and rests upon your eyelids so you see no dreams of fear and evil, malice, and attack. And when you wake again, it offers you another day of happiness and peace. All this forgiveness offers you, and more.  It brings You to the very gate of Heaven’s lovely borders, even while You dream.  Your mind is opened to Reality.

³ Forgiveness lets the veil be lifted up – the twisted mindset of pride and hatred – which hides the face of Christ from those who look with unforgiving eyes upon the world. It lets you recognize the Son of God and clears your memory of all dead thoughts so that remembrance of your Father can arise across the threshold of your mind.  The mindset that has been hiding Heaven.

⁴ What would you want forgiveness cannot give? What gifts but these are worthy to be sought?  Would You be ‘right’ or would You be happy? Ask self that question.  You may be quite surprised by Your answer! What fancied value, trivial effect, or transient promise never to be kept can hold more hope than what forgiveness brings? Is being ‘better’ than Your Brother really that rewarding, when You made up all criteria for Your elevation? Why would you seek an answer other than the answer that will answer everything?  An answer that does not come from Our Source of Love, instead springs from an empty, vapid hatred that would be ‘right’ at all costs. Not just vapid, but it is pavid too This cannot be You! You want Your answers straight from God, Our loving Father-Mother.

Here is the perfect answer, given to imperfect questions, meaningless requests, half-hearted willingness to hear, and less than halfway diligence and partial trust.  The mind at peace can hold no grievances, for they are inimical to Your peace.

⁵ Here is the answer! Seek for it no more. You will not find another one instead. God’s plan for your salvation cannot change, nor can it fail. Be thankful it remains exactly as He planned it. Changelessly it stands before you like an open door with warmth and welcome calling from beyond the doorway, bidding you to enter in and make yourself at home where you belong.  You’ve been away from Home so very long.  It’s time to return.  Today if You will.

⁶ Here is the answer! Would you stand outside – shivering in the cold instead of warm and cared for with Love – while all of Heaven waits for you within? Forgive and be forgiven.  What use are grudges?  Another’s ‘sins’ do not make You holy!  Why not let them go?  To see Your Brother through the eyes of Love does make You holy, for You see as God.

As you give, you will receive.  When You gift Holiness, then You’re Holy. There is no plan but this for the salvation of the Son of God. Let us today rejoice that this is so, for here we have an answer, clear and plain, beyond deceit in its simplicity. All the complexities the world has spun of fragile cobwebs disappear before the power and the majesty of this extremely simple statement of the truth.  Hold no grievances, and Love Your Brothers.

⁷ Here is the answer! Do not turn away in aimless wandering again.  Lost in a world that You so very foolishly invented. Accept salvation now.  Now is the accepted moment; don’t wait another instant! It is the gift of God and not the world. The world can give no gifts of any value – for it has not one – to a mind which has received what God has given as its own.  A mind that’s full of God has no error. God wills salvation be received today and that the intricacies of your dreams no longer hide their nothingness from you.  A dream may be both convoluted and compelling, no matter; it isn’t real!

⁸ Open your eyes today, and look upon a happy world of safety and of peace. For it is truer and discord ceases. It is not yet Heaven, but very close indeed, one small step. Forgiveness is the means by which it comes to take the place of hell. As You are willing. All I ask of You, belovèd Ones, is that little willingness to join with Me, in God’s Harmony.  Here, take My hand, and We will all watch Heaven come together. In quietness it rises up to greet your open eyes and fill your heart with deep tranquility as ancient truths, forever newly born, – all of Heaven is always fresh and new – arise in your awareness. What you will remember then can never be described. Yet your forgiveness offers it to you.

⁹ Remembering the gifts forgiveness gives, we undertake our practicing today with hope and faith that this will be the day salvation will be ours. Earnestly and gladly will we seek for it today, aware we hold the key within our hands, accepting Heaven’s answer to the hell we made, but where we would remain no more.  For We are All ready for Our freedom, even those of You who thought to dally longer in the dream; waking up some time later that You thought was more convenient.  You know: ma ñana!₁

¹⁰ Morning and evening do we gladly give a quarter of an hour to the search in which the end of hell is guaranteed. Brother, that sounds so very good to Me!

Great, Sister!  Make it Your priority! Let not the things of the world distract You from this holy goal.  And I say this to All of You: For happiness, have just one priority, which is Awakening!

Begin in hopefulness, – even better is determination! – for we have reached the turning point at which the road becomes far easier. And now the way is short that yet we travel. We are close indeed to the appointed ending of the dream.  A strong desire surely speeds You up!  For Your goal here is so beneficial!

¹¹ Sink into happiness – feel it embrace You, for it has presence – as you begin these practice periods, for they hold out the sure rewards of questions answered, and what your acceptance of the answer brings. Today it will be given you to feel the peace forgiveness offers and the joy the lifting of the veil holds out to you.  God’s Gifts are so good, and desirable. More to be desired than fine gold is; sweeter than honey.₂

¹² Before the light you will receive today the world will fade until it disappears, and you will see another world arise you have no words to picture. Now we walk directly into light, and we receive the gifts which have been held in store for us since time began, kept waiting for today.  The only ‘cost’ to you is to give up any grievances You might be holding. If it seems hard, ask freely for My help. It will be given! Forgiveness offers everything you want. Trust what I’m saying, and lean into it. Today all things you want are given you.  As You comprehend this simple Lesson.

¹³ Let not your gifts recede throughout the day, as you return again to meet a world of shifting change and bleak appearances.  It is just because the world is like this that You need to give. Retain your gifts in clear awareness as you see the changeless in the heart of change, the light of truth behind appearances. Look through the so-convincing dream to see the Love of God right where hell seems to be. Trust Me that It’s here! Be tempted not to let your gifts slip by and drift into forgetfulness – don’t let Yourself slip back into dreaming – but hold them firmly in your mind by your attempts to think of them at least a minute as each quarter of an hour passes by.  Forgiveness of My Others blesses Me, as They are released from misperceptions.

¹⁴ Remind yourself how precious are these gifts with this reminder, which has power to hold your gifts in your awareness through the day:

¹⁵ Forgiveness offers everything I want.  It is not a dreary task but is a holy privilege!  It is much “sweeter far than honey, and better far than gold”.₁
Today I have accepted this as true.  To give My Love and not withhold It gifts It right back to Me!
Today I have received the gifts of God.  Simply giving them has now made them Mine, since I must first have before I can give.  And what brings the ‘having’ but the new willingness to give!  Willingness does thus come before the awareness of having.

Because I have learned the importance of loving My Neighbour equally with Me.  And why should this be?  For He is an intrinsic part of Me.  The Sonship is an integrated Whole: each One is essential to completeness.

Understanding this is very crucial to Your happiness, for it is the gateway back to Heaven.
