TRANSCRIBER’S NOTE: The Course text is in bold face. The Guidance is in normal type In His Guidance, He has asked Me to capitalize the pronouns You and We as an acknowledgement of the Divinity of All of Us, an acknowledgement of Equality, an expression of His Love and respect for You. When You see the word ‘YOU’ capitalized in the Guidance, know that He is not just speaking to YOU, He is honoring YOU.

 

I am entitled to miracles.

You most surely are.  Rest secure on this.  Be sure to eschew false humility. It does not belong to Reality. Nor does arrogance; just have calm acceptance of the fact: I am the Son of God, right here and right now.  And I know God has only Good for Me; whether it is Love, supply, or healing.

 

¹ You are entitled to miracles because of what you are. What am I Father?  What am I Mother?  I hear Your response in tandem: You are the Belovèd Son; the Living Presence of the Life, the Love, that is God, Your Father-Mother. As Father-Mother is but one Entity, so is the Life, the Love, They stand for.  They cannot be separated.  Where Life is, Love must be.  And where Love, is always Life.

This is the antidote for every ill the world is heir to.  Do You feel ill, infirm, near to dying, extend Love’s expression.  Are You lonely, lacking companionship, express more vitality.  This may sound simplistic to You, and it isn’t.  For You are expressing the God-Presence that You are, that is (so very badly) needed in the world.

And in so doing, You receive Your blessing, which is healing. It may seem miraculous to You, yet it is Divinely natural. For Good does beget more Good.

You will receive miracles because of what God is. What seems to be a miracle while You are dreaming, is but the constant experience of Reality.  It’s one joy after another!

And it is not linear, for Eternity is multi-dimensional; for lack of better words, on many levels.  This must be experienced.  For it cannot be explained. I’ll say that every moment is perfection, each instant, holy. And you will offer miracles because you are one with God.  You are a living part of every single miracle, all throughout Creation.  Every One, every thing, participates.  You won’t be lonely! Again, how simple is salvation! It is merely a statement of your true identity. It is this that we will celebrate today.  Of which I’ve given You the smallest taste to whet Your appetite.  You won’t be bored!

Yet what I have described it not frenetic but so joyous and very peaceful.

² Your claim to miracles does not lie in your illusions about yourself.  You know not what You are; and I promise You You will be delighted with Your Self. (an understatement!) It does not depend on any magical powers you have ascribed to yourself nor on any of the rituals you have devised.  No, nothing like that. Yet as Paul said in Bible times, You will Know as You are Known. You are wonderful.  It is inherent in the truth of what you are. It is implicit in what God your Father is. It was ensured in your creation and guaranteed by the laws of God.  All Your eons of dreaming has not affected it one whit.  Just as God is, We, too, are Eternal.

 

³ Today we will claim the miracles which are your right since they belong to you. They wait here for Your glad Awakening. You have been promised full release from the world you made. You have been assured that the Kingdom of God is within you and can never be lost. It is not in the body, but in the mind, as Your Knowing.  For  Our Consciousness is but Eternal. We ask no more than what belongs to us in truth. Today, however, we will also make sure that we will not content ourselves with less.  Brother You have really sparked My curiosity.  I can’t wait to Awaken.

That’s My intention!  For You to see Awakening is so far beyond the dream in happiness, a difference beyond the distance of the furthest galaxy!  That barely begins to describe it.

⁴ Begin the longer practice periods by telling yourself quite confidently that you are entitled to miracles.  For miracles are but glimpses of the Reality that You abandoned and would now gain again.  Closing your eyes, remind yourself that you are asking only for what is rightfully yours.  It has been kept in trust for You like funds escheated to the state. They are, however, useless until You do regain them.  Money – in the dream – has been Your replacement for miracleas.  A paltry bargain; a poor one indeed.  Remind yourself also that miracles are never taken from one and given to another and that in asking for your rights you are upholding the rights of everyone. Miracles do not obey the laws of this world. They merely follow from the laws of God.  Miracles are divinely natural.₁

⁵ After this brief introductory phase, wait quietly for the assurance that your request is granted.  Remember that You, too, are God’s belovèd Son, in whom He is well-pleased, for He sees only the One.  You have asked for the salvation of the world and for your own. You have requested that you be given the means by which this is accomplished. You cannot fail to be assured in this. You are but asking that the Will of God be done. In doing this, you do not really ask for anything. You state a fact that cannot be denied.  Do You understand what I am saying?  Reality is quite unlike the dream of separation, where One can have and Others lack, seeming partiality.  God is impartial, giving Love as All of His Ideas.  Remember that We have said that Love is Your very Substance.  Each One of Us is a Gift to bless Our Infinite Others.  Let Us now, very consciously, begin.  For We are remembering Our Function.

⁶ The Holy Spirit cannot but assure you that your request is granted. The fact that you accepted must be so. There is no room for doubt and uncertainty today. We are asking a real question at last. The answer is a simple statement of a simple fact. You will receive the assurance that you seek.

⁷ Our shorter practice periods will be frequent and will also be devoted to a reminder of a simple fact. Tell yourself often today:

⁸ I am entitled to miracles.

⁹ Ask for them whenever a situation arises in which they are called for. You will recognize these situations; you are not relying on yourself to find them, you are therefore fully entitled to receive them whenever you ask.

¹⁰ Remember, too, not to be satisfied with less than the perfect answer. Be quick to tell yourself, should you be tempted:

 

¹¹ I will not trade miracles for grievances.  Grievances are petty, useless.  They hide miracles from Me. They hide Reality from Me.  How could I ever want them?  I now make a different choice!
I want only what belongs to me.  So I just ask for miracles and let You choose them for Me.  This is intelligence. For Your wisdom presently very far  surpasses Mine.
God has established miracles as my right.

Gladly, gratefully, I do accept them!
