LESSON THREE HUNDRED FORTY SIX

L e s s o n  346

Today the peace of God envelops me, And I forget all things except His Love.

For such a Love is All-encompassing, unlike the world’s limited idea of Love, which is more like possession, ownership; while the Love of God is about gifting.  Freely You have received, so freely give.

1 Father, I wake today – With the little willingness for which you ask – with miracles correcting my perception of all things.  Today I wake and open up My eyes to see the world as if it were Heaven, for it really is.  I’ve had a waking dream so long that it became ‘reality’ to Me, yet, not ever was it real, although it seemed so.  Heaven awaited but My willingness to really see It.

Now, finally, am I willing to go with those little glimpses You’ve given Me, of Reality.

And so begins the day I share with You as I will share eternity, for time has stepped aside today. – I need not move through its heavy fog that controls every day. What blessèd freedom! – I do not seek the things of time, and so I will not look upon them.  I look beyond them. What I seek today transcends all laws of time and things perceived in time. I would forget all things except Your Love. Now I will allow Myself to feel It.

I would abide in You and know no laws except Your law of Love. And I would find the peace which You created for Your Son, forgetting all the foolish toys I made as I behold Your glory and my own.  They were but time-wasters and mind-wasters, distracting Me from You and Your forever Love, not just for Me but Every One.

How insane this whole dream has been.  We’ve sold Heaven out for hell and wondered why God made us suffer.  Now that’s projection! There is no psychology in Heaven!  For Consciousness is just always joyful.

You can have this experience right now!  I hear You say: How?  It’s not hard to do.  It just takes that “little willingness” I Love to ask of You!  Today, if You will but give it to Me.  Heaven can be Yours that soon!  Even now!

How do You feel when You are listening to Me?  Heavenly!  Indeed!  You are sharing Heaven with Me! Why not do it all day, every moment?  That is living as the Holy Instant.

This invitation is for Every One!  Will You accept it?

2 And when the evening comes today, we will remember nothing but the peace of God.  As We rest in Our new, glad Communion. For we will learn today what peace is ours when we forget all things except God’s Love.  Swift comes happiness when We accept It!
