LESSON THREE HUNDRED ELEVEN

I judge all things as I would have them be. 

Well naturally.  That’s what makes egos.

¹ Judgment was made to be a weapon used against the truth.  And used against Your Brothers in order to defend Yourself by being ‘better’.  This kind of thinking is very typical of the ego.  Make Your Brother ‘wrong’ and You must be ‘right’.  It separates what it is being used against and sets it off as if it were a thing apart.  For the ego has forgotten Oneness.  It has become irrelevant to it.  Ego is interested only in its own survival. All things it does to benefit itself; if it can, while looking altruistic. And then it makes of it what you would have it be. It judges what it cannot understand because it cannot see totality and therefore judges falsely.  Yet You know You could do it differently. Let us not use it today – for We have yet to learn right judgment, which judges but by Love – but make a gift of it to Him Who has a different use for it. He will relieve you of the agony of all the judgments you have made against yourself – which are the result of judging against a Brother for All of Us are One and so You judge Yourself – and re-establish peace of mind by giving you God’s Judgment of His Son.

² Father, we wait with open mind today to hear Your Judgment of the Son You love. There is nothing that We really understand within the dreams, for dreams are senseless to Reality. We do not know him, and we cannot judge. And so we let Your Love decide what he whom You created as Your Son must be.  We do not know Ourselves much less Our Brothers.  And so We gladly turn to You for all Our understanding.  Then We see Our Brothers and all things through Your eyes of Love, and We are at peace.

What is the Last Judgment?

 

The same as the first: “This is My belovèd Son in whom I am well pleased.”  And My Son is Every One.

¹ Second Coming gives the Son of God the gift to hear the Voice for God proclaim that what is false is false and what is true has never changed.  Therefore, it is very clear that S/He must be still the same as S/He is forever.  Be-ing has been completely unaffected by any dream. And this the judgment is in which perception ends.  For once You finally understand that, the game is over.  It is only fun if You think it’s real.  Here’s how it happens. At first you see a world which has accepted this as true, projected from a now corrected mind.  It seems llike everything is born anew. And with this holy sight, perception gives a silent blessing and then disappears, its goal accomplished and its mission done.  Where once You were blind to Reality, now are You, once again, beginning to see.

² The final judgment on the world contains no condemnation. Be-ing but Love, God Knows no such thing as idle dreams. For it sees the world as totally forgiven, without sin and wholly purposeless. A thing that never could have really been and thus never was. Without a cause and now without a function in Christ’s sight, it merely slips away to nothingness. There it was born, and there it ends as well. And all the figures in the dream in which the world began go with it. Bodies now are useless and will therefore fade away because the Son of God is limitless.  Yes, indeed, bodies are signs of limits.  Limits came with separation and as Unity They will quickly disappear, giving place to Divine Identity.  Unique Divinity becomes Your name.

³ You who believed that God’s Last Judgment would condemn the world to hell along with you, – so said all those religions based on fear –  accept this holy truth: God’s Judgment is the gift of the correction He bestowed on all your errors, freeing you from them and all effects they ever seemed to have.  As I said in another venue: Sin is forgiven when it is forsaken. To fear God’s saving grace is but to fear complete release from suffering, return to peace, security and happiness, and union with your own identity.

You may eschew all fear and guilt, let go all Your ruminations on them.  None of it is real but God.   God is only Love, right here and right now; not a giant judge up there in the sky.

⁴ God’s Final Judgment is as merciful – remember that mercy is synonym to lovingkindness – as every step in His appointed plan to bless His Son and call him to return to the eternal peace He shares with him. This is the point of A Course In Miracles.  Why the emphasis on forgiveness but so You will know that God has more than forgiven You, for He knows Your so-called ‘sins’ never happened.  Would that We All could see Truth so clearly.  Forgiveness is simply the bridge to Your understanding this.  Be not afraid of love. For it alone can heal all sorrow, wipe away all tears, and gently waken from his dream of pain the Son whom God acknowledges as His.  You, belovèd One. Be not afraid of this.  Instead, embrace it.  Salvation asks you give it welcome.  What is salvation but Your joyous realization of Your true Reality. And the world awaits your glad acceptance, which will set it free.  For one Consciousness Awake can rouse billions.  Do You see the potential for blessing Your Brothers from simply healing Your own mind? Minds are joined.

⁵ This is God’s Final Judgment: “You are still My holy Son, forever innocent, forever loving and forever loved, as limitless as your Creator and completely changeless and forever pure. You’ve just been sleeping and are lost in dreams. Therefore awaken and return to Me. I am your Father and you are My Son.”

You are the so dearly begotten One.
